Returns are quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to our team in the "CONTACT US" section of this website. Please provide the order number in the email message. A member of our team will send you an email with the shipping note, which will include the return authorization number. NOTE: You cannot make a return without completing this step.
  2. Return the unused/undamaged item(s) in the original packaging with all parts and accessories to ensure a credit to your account.
  3. Go to a Canada Post office with your packing slip and insert it into the self-adhesive envelope provided. Be sure to remove all irrelevant labels from the outside of the box.
  4. The package must be returned to the following address

  1. A 10$ fee (plus taxes) will apply to all returns and will be deducted from the refund or credit. Please note that all store returns are free.
  2. To ensure a credit, items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. The postmark will be considered the return date.
