Artist Sophie Marino inherited a passion for knitting from her aunt, who had her own store in the 1980s in Montreal. After recovering a knitting machine forgotten under a bed, she called on the Kijiji community to learn. This is how she met Philippa B, a member of the Weavers' Guild, and developed a fascination with knitting.
After months of learning, Sophie Marino decided to make knitting more than a hobby. Drawing on her retail experience, she created a collection of versatile scarves and became an entrepreneur in 2014. Returns are quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
- Send an email to our team in the "CONTACT US" section of this website. Please provide the order number in the email message. A member of our team will send you an email with the shipping note, which will include the return authorization number. NOTE: You cannot make a return without completing this step.
- Return the unused/undamaged item(s) in the original packaging with all parts and accessories to ensure a credit to your account.
- Go to a Canada Post office with your packing slip and insert it into the self-adhesive envelope provided. Be sure to remove all irrelevant labels from the outside of the box.
