Refund policy
If you would like to return an item
- Send an email to info@artisanscanada.com. Please provide the order number to the Customer Service agent. You will then receive an email with the transport voucher, on which the return authorization number will be indicated.
NOTE: You will not be able to return merchandise without completing this step.
All our products in the "Sale" section are final sales. - Return the unused/undamaged item(s) to the original packaging with all parts and accessories to ensure credit to your account.
- Go to a Canada Post office with your transportation voucher and insert it in the self-adhesive envelope provided. Be sure to remove any irrelevant labels from the outside of the box.
- A fee of $10 (plus taxes) will apply to all returns and will be deducted from the refund. Please note that all in-store returns are free.
- To ensure credit, items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. The postmark will be taken as the return date.
