An exception to our store but very popular with our customers, Laguiole en Aubrac is a collective of French artisans. Passionate, they work to preserve the artisanal methods of yesteryear. It all started in 1829 with being the shepherd's knife. Today, Laguiole en Aubrac knives stand out in the art of the table and, obviously, in folding knives.
