It was precisely here, around the fire and a few meters from the lake, that we came up with the idea to share our love for the thousands of little paradises like this that are found in abundance in Canada.

Returns are quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
- Send an email to our team in the "CONTACT US" section of this website. Please provide the order number in the email message. A member of our team will send you an email with the shipping note, which will include the return authorization number. NOTE: You cannot make a return without completing this step.
- Return the unused/undamaged item(s) in the original packaging with all parts and accessories to ensure a credit to your account.
- Go to a Canada Post office with your packing slip and insert it into the self-adhesive envelope provided. Be sure to remove all irrelevant labels from the outside of the box.
- The package must be returned to the following address
