The name Dahlia was carefully chosen by Amélie. Passionate about this flower, both extravagant and mysterious, she was inspired by its diversity of colors and shapes. Furthermore, she has strong family memories, as her mother told her about dahlias growing on the land where she grew up—memories that she, in turn, has taken to heart.

Amélie was also looking for a bilingual name to ensure her brand would be accessible to the widest possible audience. Finally, the joining of the letters "A" and "H," his initials, were the final element that sealed his choice.
