- Entretien : Lavage en machine délicat ou lavage à la main à froid. Utilisez un détergent doux. Ne pas utiliser d'adoucissants ou d'eau de Javel. Retirez le cordon coupe-vent et la mousse de la poche de la couronne avant le lavage. Remodeler et sécher à l'air. Ne pas repasser. Ne pas nettoyer à sec.
Tilley
La compagnie Tilley est une entreprise canadienne de chapeaux fondée en 1980 par Alex Tilley. Mieux connue pour ses chapeaux, elle fabrique également des vêtements de voyage et quelques accessoires. Returns are quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
- Send an email to our team in the "CONTACT US" section of this website. Please provide the order number in the email message. A member of our team will send you an email with the shipping note, which will include the return authorization number. NOTE: You cannot make a return without completing this step.
- Return the unused/undamaged item(s) in the original packaging with all parts and accessories to ensure a credit to your account.
- Go to a Canada Post office with your packing slip and insert it into the self-adhesive envelope provided. Be sure to remove all irrelevant labels from the outside of the box.
- The package must be returned to the following address
