A member of our team will send you an email with the shipping note, which will include the return authorization number. NOTE: You cannot make a return without completing this step.

  3. Go to a Canada Post office with your packing slip and insert it into the self-adhesive envelope provided. Be sure to remove all irrelevant labels from the outside of the box.
