Inspired by native art and nature, Onquata is a project of decorative and water-resistant aspen paddles created by Wendat artisans in Wendake, a native territory in the heart of Quebec City.

Returns are quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
- Send an email to our team in the "CONTACT US" section of this website. Please provide the order number in the email message. A member of our team will send you an email with the shipping note, which will include the return authorization number. NOTE: You cannot make a return without completing this step.
- Return the unused/undamaged item(s) in the original packaging with all parts and accessories to ensure a credit to your account.
- Go to a Canada Post office with your packing slip and insert it into the self-adhesive envelope provided. Be sure to remove all irrelevant labels from the outside of the box.
- The package must be returned to the following address

- A 10$ fee (plus taxes) will apply to all returns and will be deducted from the refund or credit. Please note that all store returns are free.
