Exception of our shop but very popular with our customers, Laguiole en Aubrac is a collective of French artisans. Passionate, they work to preserve the traditional methods of yesteryear. It all started in 1929 being the shepherd's knife. Today, Laguiole en Aubrac knives stand out in tableware and, of course, in folding knives.
Some models require 216 manual operations and adjustments. The craftsmen demonstrate their know-how and precision in each piece!
