It was in 1907 that Mrs. Lillian Crewe Walsh of Glace Bay in Cape Breton wrote a poem in praise of Cape Breton. In 1957, Mrs. Walsh's poem, The Lady of the Trade, inspired Mrs. Lizzie Bell Grant to weave the colors of Cape Breton tartan. The gray represents the steel of Cape Breton, the green the high mountains, valleys and fields and gold for the sunsets that reflect on the lakes of Bras d´Or.

Returns are quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
- Send an email to our team in the "CONTACT US" section of this website. Please provide the order number in the email message. A member of our team will send you an email with the shipping note, which will include the return authorization number. NOTE: You cannot make a return without completing this step.
- Return the unused/undamaged item(s) in the original packaging with all parts and accessories to ensure a credit to your account.
- Go to a Canada Post office with your packing slip and insert it into the self-adhesive envelope provided. Be sure to remove all irrelevant labels from the outside of the box.
