Tilley
The Tilley Company is a Canadian hat company founded in 1980 by Alex Tilley. Best known for its hats, it also makes travel clothing and some accessories. Tilley expanded the product line to include shorts and pants designed for sailing, but soon discovered that many Tilley products were used for travel. Tilley then expanded into lightweight, easy-to-pack and practical travel clothing.

Returns are quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
- Send an email to our team in the "CONTACT US" section of this website. Please provide the order number in the email message. A member of our team will send you an email with the shipping note, which will include the return authorization number. NOTE: You cannot make a return without completing this step.
- Return the unused/undamaged item(s) in the original packaging with all parts and accessories to ensure a credit to your account.
- Go to a Canada Post office with your packing slip and insert it into the self-adhesive envelope provided. Be sure to remove all irrelevant labels from the outside of the box.
- The package must be returned to the following address
